Bálványos is a picturesque valley village not far from Lake Balaton. At the entrance of the village lies a 1-hectare area, currently a grassy field, which will be transformed into a beautiful ancient orchard park with benches, educational storyboards about the village’s history, a playground, and a small labyrinth.

Read moreAt the edge of Nagyberény village, a magnificent 1-hectare orchard labyrinth is being created on a CHIKUNG estate, with 450 fruit trees planted in harmony with nature. Each section of the labyrinth will feature a different fruit species, including many indigenous varieties from the Carpathian Basin, grafted onto wild rootstock from Kovács Gyula’s Fairy Garden. The landowners have committed to maintaining the area completely chemical-free, and the park will host several open days each year, allowing visitors to explore freely. The project will be realized with 4,400 credits, covering the creation of walking paths, benches, fencing to protect against wildlife damage, information boards, about 1,500 shrubs and forest trees, as well as herbal and spice plants.
